Dispute Resolution Process

GhostScore is committed to fair and transparent review processes. If you believe a review is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates our guidelines, here is how to resolve it.

For Employers

Step 1: Respond publicly. The most effective response to a negative review is a thoughtful public response. Candidates and future applicants see employer responses, and companies that engage constructively often see their scores improve.

Step 2: Flag the review. If you believe a review is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates our Review Guidelines, use the "Report" flag on the review card. Include a brief explanation of why you believe the review should be investigated.

Step 3: Submit a formal dispute. Email disputes@ghostscore.com with: your company name, the review in question (URL or screenshot), the specific guideline you believe was violated, and any supporting evidence.

Our process: We will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days. We may contact the reviewer (without revealing your identity) to verify their experience. If we determine the review violates our guidelines, it will be removed or modified.

For Reviewers

If you believe your review was unfairly removed or modified, email disputes@ghostscore.com with your account information and the review in question. We will re-evaluate within 5 business days.
