We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform, authenticate reviews, send Ghost Alert notifications (if opted in), analyze usage patterns, and communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances: (a) review content is displayed publicly (without your email), (b) aggregate, anonymized data may be shared with research partners, (c) as required by law or legal process.
Your email address is never displayed on your reviews. Companies cannot see who submitted reviews. We use email verification solely to authenticate reviews and prevent fraud.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@ghostscore.com.
