1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostScore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GhostScore is a platform that collects and publishes user-submitted reviews of employer hiring practices. Reviews represent individual opinions and experiences. GhostScore does not verify the employment relationship between reviewers and companies reviewed.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Review Submissions

By submitting a review, you represent that: (a) the review is based on your genuine personal experience, (b) you are not submitting the review on behalf of a competitor or for the purpose of manipulation, and (c) the review does not contain confidential or proprietary information of any company.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: submit false or misleading reviews, manipulate scores through fake accounts, harass other users, attempt to identify anonymous reviewers, or use automated tools to scrape Platform data without authorization.

6. Employer Accounts

Employers may claim company profiles by verifying their affiliation. Employer accounts may respond to reviews publicly. Employers may not offer incentives to candidates to remove or modify reviews.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your review content. By submitting a review, you grant GhostScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your review on the Platform and in marketing materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GhostScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review or score. Scores are calculated from user-submitted data and may not reflect a company's complete hiring practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

GhostScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
